Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or tried on without underwear.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect (meaning a different item, size or colour was sent by us). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed or tried on without underwear. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached.

Sale items can be returned in line with our standard policy. 

Gift cards are non refundable.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Refunds are only issued for items returned in accordance with our return conditions.
